OurBus Charters operates as a transportation broker and logistics coordinator. We arrange charter transportation services through a network of independent, third-party motor carriers that are duly licensed and authorized to transport passengers.

OurBus Charters:

• does not own or operate vehicles
• is not a motor carrier
• does not transport passengers
• does not employ drivers

Transportation services are provided by independent motor carriers (“Operators”), and the actual carriage of passengers is governed by the Operator’s terms, conditions, and applicable laws.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
